Bremerton Residence Renovations

This suburban split-entry home was built in 1978 and was purchased from an estate sale in 2023. At the time of purchase, the house suffered from a dated interior and years of neglect. Over the following years, interior renovations have included new finishes and light fixtures throughout the interior, extensive renovations to the two bathrooms, an electric heat pump system to replace the aging gas furnace, new appliances, and other updates to the kitchen and laundry room. The roof was replaced in early 2024 and ongoing exterior improvements include removal of the vinyl siding in preparation for a new exterior paint scheme. Replacing the gas furnace with an electric heat pump system allowed the property to be entirely disconnected from natural gas service.
