Peete Street Residence

This single-family row house in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood had been abandoned for many years before being purchased and gut-renovated. The project scope included structural repairs, new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, replacement windows to match the structure’s historic windows, and new interior finishes.

David Cole was commissioned to provide comprehensive design services from schematic design through construction documents, including code research and submittal of permit documents. Construction was completed in 2020.
